  • Recruit, hire, and develop a diverse, high-performing engineering team, championing an inclusive and innovative team culture.

Requirements

  • Over 12 years in software engineering with substantial experience in front-end and full-stack development.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience managing high-performing teams in consumer-facing applications.
  • Strong understanding of UI development and testing strategies, UX and UI design principles.
  • Proven ability to act as a credible technical advisor and make informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for conveying complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a track record of effective decision-making and team guidance in challenging scenarios.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring and growing a diverse team of engineers to maximize their impact.

What We Offer

  • An annual base salary range of $127,000 - $203,000.
  • A discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents.
  • Equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(K) participation, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), company-paid holidays, paid sick leave, and vacation time.
