Riverside Community Care is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Program Director to lead our Clubhouse model program. As a vital member of our team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Supervise program activities and functions, promoting a positive and supportive environment for members
• Manage programmatic and administrative aspects, aligning with our organization's philosophy
• Engage members in unit work, fostering a sense of community and belonging
• Conduct intakes and orientation for new members, ensuring a smooth transition into our program
• Provide individual supervision to staff as delegated by the Program Director
• Participate in evening/weekend social programs, strengthening relationships with members and staff
