Job Summary

The Pediatric Cardiology Liaison role is critical in providing exceptional patient-centered care. This individual will serve as a liaison for multiple health organizations and their staff, working closely with the Care Coordinator to obtain, organize, and send relevant patient information. A strong focus on communication and collaboration is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating scheduling for surgical implants
  • Assisting with obtaining, organizing, and sending relevant patient information
  • Working closely with the Care Coordinator to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements

This position requires 2 years of RN experience, a Bachelors of Nursing Degree, and current licenses/certifications including a current RN License in the State of Practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $110,000, depending on experience.
