Penn State Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in our Radiology department. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. You will work closely with our radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of radiologic principles and be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask with ease.
Responsibilities- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.)
