Nursing Professional for Operating Room Per Diem Day

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. This is a per diem day shift position that requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities- The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, adhering to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.
- They will be responsible for supervising and directing the delegation of tasks to appropriate team members and collaborating with other patient care providers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential for success in this role.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of hospital experience as a Registered Nurse.
- A strong understanding of nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An active NJ RN license or compact RN license with NJ endorsement, along with BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
