RBW Consulting is partnering with a mid-sized Immunology biotech to fill the Director of Biostatistics position. This role will report to the Head of Biostatistics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience as a biostatistician in clinical trials, with a deep understanding of statistical methods in drug development. Proficiency in SAS and R is required, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple projects, including authoring SAPs and developing cross-functional data review plans.
- Represent the company to regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience as a biostatistician in clinical trials.
- Proficiency in SAS and R.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Rare Disease/Immunology experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work onsite in the Bay Area at least 1x per week.
