Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a DSP, you will work closely with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing support and assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and community integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage community participation and engagement
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized support plans

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
