At Enterprisemed, we are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our Family Medicine Residency Program in Berkley, California. As a Federally Qualified Health Center serving over 66,000 patients in the East Bay Area's underserved regions, our organization provides medical, dental, behavioral health, and school-based services at more than 15 primary care sites.
The Opportunity:- This leadership role involves directing the Family Medicine Residency Program by dedicating principal effort to its management and administration, as well as teaching, clinical care, and scholarly activity.
- We seek a candidate with family medicine clinical experience, demonstrated leadership experience (Core Faculty experience preferred), and an interest in building collaborative teams and working with underserved populations.
- A key aspect of this role is fostering an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity, allowing patients to identify with their environment.
- An annual salary of $250,000, complemented by a fully loaded benefit package including medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, dependent and domestic partner coverage.
