About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Patient Assessment and Treatment">

Evaluate and assess patients with developmental delays and disabilities using standardized assessments and clinical observations.

Treat patients with evidence-based practices, such as occupational therapy and speech therapy.

Treatment Planning and Implementation">

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

Leadership and Supervision">

Supervise and direct the activities of physical therapy staff members, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Mentor new staff members and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Communication and Collaboration">

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans.

Requirements

  • Degree and Licensure">
    • Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Valid state license to practice Physical Therapy.
  • Experience and Skills">
    • At least 2 years of experience working with pediatric patients.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
