ZephyrTech is seeking an experienced Electronics Technician to lead construction projects in the field of fire alarm systems. As a Fire Protection Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project goals in accordance with project orders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead construction projects in the field of fire alarm systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers as the primary point of contact on site, providing values-based and professional leadership to installation personnel and subcontractors.
- Identify and document potential changes to project scope, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to installation personnel and subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Completed vocational training as an electrician or similar qualification.
- Several years of experience in planning and construction of fire alarm systems, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and extensive knowledge of VOB.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently, reliably, and with dedication.
- Confident and professional demeanor as a leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in German.
