About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical expert to lead the implementation, integration, administration, and reporting of variable sales compensation incentive plans within our Oracle CX Incentive module. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with IT, Finance, Operations, and HR to deploy the Oracle CX Incentive Compensation Module globally.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop sales compensation solutions to meet business needs.
  • Implement sales compensation plans in the Incentive Compensation Module to support processing and reporting requirements.
  • Expand the flexibility of the incentive module's components, measures, expressions, classifications, crediting categories, and rate tables.
  • Create technical specifications and design solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of related experience with a 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Understanding of integrations and concepts of workflows including API calls.
  • Ability to learn and navigate Oracle Fusion and Incentive Compensation Processes, Configurations, and back-end table independently.
  • Experience with the Oracle CX Incentive Module is preferred.
  • Intermediate to Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office Applications.
