Our Technology Rotational Development Program is a 2-year formalized training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the build and run of small-scale and fault-tolerant systems in a DevOps environment.
  • Assist in the creation of new tools and scripts for auto-remediation of incidents.
  • Participate in measuring and monitoring system impairments and outages.
  • Collaborate with the cloud operations team to resolve system issues.
  • Cross-train in various areas within the Technology organization and other key related functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or equivalent field.
  • Completion of coursework by May 2025.
  • 1 year of experience in any programming language such as Python, Java, GO, Groovy, Bash, JavaScript, or other modern programming languages.
