- Ensure the selling floor reflects Reformation's brand and concept standards at all times.
- Share product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate product feedback based on customer input to improve product and merchandising.
- Help maintain an inspiring store environment and accessible product displays.
- Understand and reflect Reformation's core values and culture in all efforts.
- Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment.
- Experience working in sales or retail, preferably in an operationally intensive business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with diverse personalities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation for work and career growth.
- Part-time, hourly position requiring a minimum of 20 hours per week and 3 days per week, including weekends.
- Able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- References required.
