We are seeking an experienced Equipment Portfolio Manager to join our team at Equipment Finance Advisor Inc. As an Equipment Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing the equipment portfolio, including valuation, remarketing, and disposal of equipment. You will work closely with the commercial leasing team to establish accurate equipment values, negotiate transactions, and assist with equipment portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Valuation: Research and project present and future equipment values for residual pricing and lease/loan documentation.
  • Remarketing: Initiate research for end of lease account responsibilities, determine market value ranges, and execute approved action plans.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor equipment markets, perform portfolio and administration activities, and coordinate with the Director for FASB ASC840 and related ad hoc reporting.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in equipment management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Formal appraisal training or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent PC skills and knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and other departmental software and systems.
