At Namify, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Embroidery Specialist to join our team. As an Embroidery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our embroidered products and meeting customer expectations.

• Conduct quality checks on embroidered products to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Verify that all orders are accurately packaged and labeled.
• Minimize waste and optimize production processes.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and management.

• Proficiency in computer and iPad applications.
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in order pulling and packaging is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

This role operates in a warehouse environment, requiring standing, moving, lifting, and operating machinery and computers. Personal Protective Equipment may be required. Safety training is mandatory, and employees must be able to pass basic safety requirements.

Training for this position will be completed by the department manager. Training will consist of education on key processes, preparation and staging requirements by customer, location of tools, supplies, and materials. You will be trained on how to use the order interface, how to properly read orders, and where to look for notes. Additional training will be completed as processes evolve or as required.
