Job Summary

Boone County Health Center seeks a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Quality Analyst. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Abstract and analyze patient records for quality and accuracy
  • Compile and report statistical data to inform quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance patient care
  • Verify claims and ensure accurate reimbursement
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
  • Participate in root cause analysis and quality improvement projects
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing
  • Current Nebraska RN or LPN License
  • Clinical experience in related areas preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
