Banquet Server Job Description

At Azul Hospitality, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during banquets and events. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve guests food and drinks during banquets and events
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown
  • Bus and set tables, including condiments
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of high-volume banquet service experience
  • Hotel/resort banquet experience preferred
  • Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
