Highly Skilled Telemetry Nurse for California Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. in the beautiful coastal area of California.
Job Summary:This is a dynamic opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Telemetry RN to work in a fast-paced environment while providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data, identifying and addressing any abnormalities promptly.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to established protocols.
- Assess and reassess patients' conditions, communicating changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
- Provide patient and family education on cardiac conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Acute Care or Telemetry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
