About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with individuals struggling with substance use conditions and co-occurring severe and persistent mental illness. As a CBHC Clinician, you will be responsible for conducting eligibility screenings, comprehensive intake and follow-up assessments, and developing treatment plans that are behaviorally oriented and measurable.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostic and risk assessments using current accepted tools and practices to determine appropriate level of care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the individual's needs and goals.
- Work closely with other professionals and organizations to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and case discussions to share knowledge and best practices.
- Master's degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or related field).
- Licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or is actively working towards licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Ability to perform diagnostic and risk assessments using current accepted tools and practices.
- Ability to develop and implement treatment plans that are behaviorally oriented and measurable.
