Patent Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Patent Attorney to join our team at Jobot. As a leading law firm, we provide comprehensive legal services in intellectual property, corporate law, litigation, and more.

• Manage patent preparation and prosecution in the mechanical arts.
• Provide strategic counsel on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Conduct thorough patent searches and provide detailed analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs and develop innovative legal strategies.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and legal developments.

• Mechanical engineering degree with strong undergraduate curricula and grades.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the relevant state.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in patent law and intellectual property.
• Excellent analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
