Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at The People Link Corp, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with our team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Establish and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of conditions and ailments.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address patient needs and goals, and provide ongoing evaluation and modification as necessary.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university.
- Current Physical Therapist license in Washington state.
- Experience working with a variety of patient populations and conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
