Position Overview:
The CNC Machining Specialist is tasked with the setup, programming, and operation of various CNC machinery, including advanced digital cutting systems, alongside other machinery and power tools to create precise samples and components. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in CNC operations, particularly with advanced systems, and demonstrate a meticulous approach to machining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, calibrate, and operate CNC machines and related equipment in accordance with production guidelines.
- Load and align raw materials in CNC machines, ensuring accurate calibration.
- Maintain comprehensive records of machinery operations and procedures.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.
- Oversee machine operations to guarantee the precision and quality of the end products.
- Evaluate finished products to confirm they meet specified standards.
- Uphold a clean and secure working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Document production processes, including setup sheets and production logs.

Qualifications:
