We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team at Bassett Healthcare Network. As a Registered Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, deliver, coordinate, integrate, and evaluate patient care to meet the needs of patients throughout the life span.
- Collect, analyze, and record relevant patient health data accurately, with a focus on delivering safe and effective care.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that describe interventions to attain expected outcomes.
- Implement and record interventions appropriate to diagnosis or patient problem, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Participate in quality improvement processes for the department and institution, and contribute to the advancement of nursing science.
- Current NYS license as a Registered Nurse, required.
- BLS certification will be required within 6 months.
- Minimum one year experience as an Registered Nurse, if experience is not relevant, Registered Nurse II must complete RN residency program, required.
