**Job Summary:**

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school-based setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with students to assess and address their unique needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy services to enhance their fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and overall functional abilities.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with students, teachers, and parents to identify and address the unique needs of each student
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' academic and social participation
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, either individually or in group settings, to enhance their functional abilities
  • Modify classroom environments and recommend adaptive equipment or assistive technology as necessary to support students' participation and success
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders

**Requirements:**

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license
  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Passion for working with children and a strong desire to make a positive impact in a school-based setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals
