Job Summary:

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated Pharmacists to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering our purpose of bringing our heart to every moment of our patients' health. This position is responsible for supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, as well as managing the operation of all aspects within your pharmacy, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize colleagues' strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps
