We are in search of reliable and experienced caregivers for Weekend On-Call shifts in the Greater Santa Barbara area, focused on delivering high-quality, empathetic in-home support.

This role guarantees 4 hours of fixed on-call compensation while being available to cover unexpected shift changes and schedule adjustments.

Ideal candidates should have at least one year of experience in home health care and be flexible with their availability between 7am-11pm on weekends. Responsibilities will include stepping in for sudden shift changes and being able to reach any client within an hour of notification.
