Patient Care Technician Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Northwest Medical Center. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care in the MedSurg Ortho department.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform a variety of delegated patient care services in accordance with your skills and training
* Work under the clinical direction of a registered nurse (RN)
* Provide excellent patient care and support to patients and their families
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
**Requirements:**
* American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) or American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) BLS certification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
