Position Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring the effective assembly and service of food products while maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the service areas. Collaboration with fellow retail associates is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash handling and complete required reports, including inventory and cash reports.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Assist in menu planning and ordering in accordance with company protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies during opening and closing procedures.
  • Support the selection and training of new associates.
  • Oversee daily and weekly tasks assigned to associates.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety during receiving and distribution.
  • Utilize cleaning chemicals safely as per manufacturer instructions.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
