Audi Eugene is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales and Service Porter to join our team. As a Sales and Service Porter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles through our service lane and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the flow of vehicles through the service lane, ensuring prompt delivery of vehicles and parts to technicians.
- Deliver completed vehicles to customers and/or service delivery area in a timely manner.
- Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and maintenance of the service lane and service area.
- Work closely with the Service Manager and Sales Manager to prepare and deliver technicians' next jobs and parts to the shop.
- Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by management on a daily basis.
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to utilize time effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Driver's License (Preferred).
The Sales and Service Porter will work a variety of shifts, including 10 hour shifts, 8 hour shifts, day shifts, evenings as needed, and weekends. Overtime may be required.
