We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our team at Evidence Based Associates. As a Clinical Therapist, you will work with young children (ages 0-5) and their families in the community, providing evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions to strengthen the caregiver-child relationship.

The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field and be licensed or licensed-eligible as a mental health provider. You will also have experience working with children and families, preferably in a community-based setting.

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of $62,500-$77,500 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, professional development assistance, and a flexible schedule.

In this role, you will engage with families in the collaborative family assessment process, develop a thoughtful clinical formulation and Child and Family Plan of Care, and provide home-based psychotherapeutic intervention using relational, dyadic psychotherapy. You will also help caregivers gain insight into their personal history, feelings for the child, and current parenting practices.
