Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist

Job Overview

Become an integral part of our innovative pharmacy team dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services. As a Clinical Pharmacist, your primary responsibilities will include the precise preparation and distribution of medications, as well as the thorough review of prescriptions to ensure their accuracy. You will lead pharmacy personnel in the compounding of both sterile and non-sterile medications and provide essential guidance to nursing facility staff regarding medication usage and general health matters. Additionally, you will offer valuable insights to physicians concerning medication therapy management.
Essential Skills
  • PharmD degree with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in pharmacy practice
  • Expertise in compounding
  • Experience in retail pharmacy settings
Work Schedule
The position involves a rotating schedule from Monday to Friday, with shifts that include:
- 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Additionally, you will be required to work 2 weekends out of every 7, with specific hours for Saturday and Sunday.
