Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality counseling services to our clients.

You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility for in-person and remote sessions. This role also includes access to supervised hours to support your professional growth toward advanced licensure.

As an LSW at Human Institute, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses through intake interviews, observations, and standardized tests.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
  • Deliver high-quality counseling services to individuals (adults and children), couples, and families.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure holistic patient care.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • An active Licensed Social Worker (LSW) license in NJ.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in counseling or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferably bilingual to serve diverse populations effectively.
