About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Portsmouth-based ACT team as an Outreach Specialist. We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual who shares our passion for making a difference in their community and working in a nonprofit organization.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services and at least one year of experience working in the field. They will possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to demonstrate a clean driving record.

The schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday, and the estimated salary is around $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct support, advocacy, and assertive outreach to adults with mental illness.
  • Coordinating services to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services.
  • At least one year of experience working in the field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
