The Guest Services team controls the seating of guests in the dining room to ensure quality service, guest satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities. Your exceptional hosting skills will be essential in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

1. Report to Work On Time: You will report to work as indicated on the schedule and maintain a clean uniform and personal hygiene habits throughout your shift.
2. Exemplify Hospitality Standards: Provide top-notch customer service by answering guests' questions, handling requests, and complaints with a focus on guest satisfaction.
3. Cooperate with Management and Coworkers: Work collaboratively with management and coworkers to assist others with duties when needed, communicate suggestions for improvement, and follow safety guidelines.
4. Maintain Knowledge and Standards: Familiarize yourself with all standards and procedures stated in the associate handbook and perform duties accordingly.
