About the Role
This is a seasonal position that runs from [start date] to [end date]. You'll be working approximately [number] hours per week, with opportunities to work additional shifts during peak periods. Your Key Responsibilities
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Maintain the visual standards of the store, including merchandising and stocking products.
• Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve the overall shopping experience.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• Previous experience working in a retail environment, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product using approved equipment, and pack/unpack boxes of merchandise that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
