Job Summary:
Curtiss-Wright is seeking a skilled Assembler, Staff to join our team in Chanhassen, MN. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling components of our products under direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow process instructions to assemble components of company's products
- Understand and follow procedures, work instructions, specifications, and other requirements
- Follow quality requirements/quality assurance standards, processes, and controls and identify and communicate occurrences of non-compliance/non-conformance
- Participate in process and quality improvement activities
Requirements:
- Comfortable using hands-held power tools, manufacturing machines, and test equipment to perform product assembly
- Mechanical aptitude
- Effective communication skills
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
