STK Steakhouse Server Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at STK Steakhouse. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests, ensuring that every visit is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter into point-of-sale
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as assigned by immediate supervisor
- Maintain clean service areas
- Monitor and observe guests dining experience, ensuring they are satisfied with the food and service
- Prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change (if applicable)
- Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise
- Be ready and willing to assist bussers with clearing and resetting tables
- Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the floor manager or immediate supervisor
Requirements:
- Be able to work on your feet for long periods of time
- Be able to lift & carry trays
- Be available to work holidays and weekends
