Job Description:

As a Manufacturing Automation Specialist at the Novares Group, you will play a key role in overseeing the development and implementation of our manufacturing automation process. Your responsibilities will include working closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to determine the requirements of our machines and develop specifications for machine functions, user interface, and quality control.

You will be a key contributor in developing and implementing our long-term Operations Improvement plan, which includes building and delivering roadmaps for the development and growth of new and existing automation processes.

Additionally, you will work closely with our manufacturing teams to monitor and improve efficiency and output, design and engineer various industrial process control systems, and integrate new and existing hardware and software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in electrical or automation engineering, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You should have experience with designing electrical control systems, programming PLC-based systems, and integrating multiple hardware devices and I/O systems.

Proficient in AutoCAD/Solid works electric, pneumatic diagrams, enclosure/panel layouts, power, logic, and safety circuits, and skilled in designing automated assembly line equipment and programming.

Strong knowledge of product/process flow and design for high-volume manufacturing including robotic automation, and ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
