We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team at Family Counseling Associates.

Job Summary:

As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients. This includes conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, as well as developing and implementing treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and other modalities as needed.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans that address the client's mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
  • Participate in regular supervision and consultation with senior therapists to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Clear and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in Massachusetts.
  • Experience working with a wide range of clinical presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
