When necessary, the Clinical Supervisor may take on clients and provide clinical support to help individuals and their families overcome obstacles, identify strengths, and develop support networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical support to clients and their families to overcome challenges and develop effective coping strategies.
  • Supervise clinicians to ensure high-quality services and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Collaborate with referral agencies to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain strong relationships.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Conduct regular case reviews and assessments to evaluate progress and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human services or a related field, including direct experience working with children and families.
  • Active licensure in the state of New Hampshire (LMFT, LCMHC, LSW, etc.).
  • Valid driver's license with insured transportation.
