This position involves supervising clinicians and serving as the primary contact for referral agencies. When necessary, the Clinical Supervisor may take on clients and provide clinical support to help individuals and their families overcome obstacles, identify strengths, and develop support networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical support to clients and their families to overcome challenges and develop effective coping strategies.
  • Supervise clinicians to ensure high-quality services and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Collaborate with referral agencies to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain strong relationships.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Conduct regular case reviews and assessments to evaluate progress and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in human services or a related field, including direct experience working with children and families.
  • Active licensure in the state of New Hampshire (LMFT, LCMHC, LSW, etc.).
  • Valid driver's license with insured transportation.
