Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team at DeSoto County Animal Clinic. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and patients, while also performing administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and friendly greetings to clients and patients, ensuring an excellent experience during their visit.
  • Manage practice reception, including answering incoming telephone calls and responding to client inquiries.
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card payments, as well as update client/patient files as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Prepare and send client correspondence, including reminder notices and re-calls.
  • Perform backup of the computer system and oversee daily business operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous veterinary experience preferred.
  • Ability to work on weekends as required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
