Position: Credentialing Coordinator

Our extensive team of over 200 oncologists, hematologists, and support staff across multiple locations is committed to transforming the landscape of cancer and blood disorder treatment. Through innovative therapies, pioneering research, and a patient-centered approach, we are at the forefront of modern healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and archive physical correspondence.
  • Conduct regular training and attestation sessions by provider and location.
  • Manage CAQH attestations and review provider location and hours.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, providing necessary information and clarifications.
  • Track educational requirements and support, managing hospital and payer attestations.
  • Update directories and websites as needed.
  • Provide EHS support for healthcare facilities.
  • Distribute Certificates of Insurance (COI).
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Compensation: Up to $25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
