Join Our Team at Saint Vincent Hospital
We are seeking a highly skilled Echocardiogram Technician to join our team at Saint Vincent Hospital. As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality echocardiograms and assisting with stress echocardiograms and transesophageal echocardiograms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complete 2D echocardiograms accurately and of diagnostic quality.
- Assist with stress echocardiograms and transesophageal echocardiograms.
- Complete preliminary reports for interpreting cardiologists and accurately identify pathology.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Work a 24-hour flex schedule, 7:00am – 3:30pm, 3-4 days per week, with weekends as needed in rotation.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited echocardiography program.
- Registered or registry-eligible, to be completed within 6 months of hire.
- Current BLS certification.
