Job Title: 3rd Shift Team Lead

Reliable Aftermarket Parts, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced 3rd Shift Team Lead to join our team in Webberville, MI.

Job Summary:

The 3rd Shift Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of 8-10 employees in the support of the Reliable Aftermarket Parts (RAP) pick, pack, and ship fulfillment center. This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including health, dental, vision, elective insurances, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process international shipments and check in orders for accuracy and quality.
  • Identify product damage and quality issues and work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve issues.
  • Complete Inventory Put Away and Replenishment and utilize computer/scanners to receive shipments/pick orders, etc.
  • Organize warehouse to make parts accessible and assist with warehouse daily housekeeping.
  • Pick and pack orders as needed and perform other job duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

  • (2 – 4) years of Supervisory experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Good Technical skills with the ability to utilize Microsoft Window applications, handheld scanning equipment, etc.
  • Quick learner with high level of alertness and keen attention to detail to recognize issues with shipments and process order fulfillments.
  • Forklift certified and the ability to operate machinery after proper training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy merchandise.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and count inventory quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to read and write in English and work overtime as needed.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
