International Staff Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing modular buildings, ensuring they meet all required building codes, standards, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Analysis: Utilize advanced software and tools to perform complex calculations and simulations, ensuring the structural integrity of buildings.
- Project Management: Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical advice and solutions to complex engineering problems, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Structural Engineer, familiar with building permitting, and building codes.
- Skills: Proficiency in STAAD and/or other structural analysis software, strong understanding of construction processes and techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
