**Job Overview:**

Zurich North America is seeking an experienced Actuary to join our Pricing Landscape team. As an Actuary, you will play a key role in supporting the transformation of ZLAPS to a new, modernized platform (ZAPS). You will also be responsible for supporting the current users of ZLAPS and ZAPS, reviewing issues as needed and advising on potential system changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the transformation of ZLAPS to a new, modernized platform (ZAPS), including determining methodology and implementing changes in Tyche.
  • Support the current users of ZLAPS and ZAPS, reviewing issues as needed and advising on potential system changes.
  • Support the maintenance of current products on PolicyCenter, including maintenance, reporting, and tool enhancements.
  • Support the transition of future products to PolicyCenter, including gathering rating and pricing artifacts (e.g., rating and pricing rules and algorithms, product needs, etc.).
  • Support other opportunities to leverage Tyche for other products as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Actuary – Pricing Landscape: Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including Associates Degree OR Bachelors Degree AND Successful completion of 5 or more actuarial exams (applicable to FCAS designation or equivalent international certification) with 2 or more years of experience in the Actuarial area OR Successful completion of 3 or more actuarial exams (applicable to FCAS designation or equivalent international certification) with 3 or more years of experience in the Actuarial area.
  • Senior Actuary – Pricing Landscape: Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including Associates Degree OR Bachelors Degree AND 5 or more years of experience in the Actuarial area plus FCAS or equivalent international certification OR 10 or more years of experience in the Actuarial area plus ACAS or equivalent international certification.

Estimated Salary: $72,800 - $208,600 per year, depending on the level of experience and location.
