Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Acts Retirement-Life Communities. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and services to our residents in skilled nursing.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have a current State Registered Nurse (RN) license and current or eligible certification in CPR. You will be responsible for providing prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to our residents, while following established policies and procedures and providing compassionate care to our residents.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and services to residents in skilled nursing
- Follow established policies and procedures for patient care and services
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Document patient care and services provided
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current or eligible certification in CPR
