Ultrasound/Sono Tech-Generalist Job Opportunity

A reputable medical center in New York is seeking a skilled Ultrasound/Sono Tech-Generalist to join their team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a certified Ultrasound Technician with experience in abdominal and vascular technology to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to effectively interact with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound procedures and exams
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment
  • Communicate with patients and healthcare providers
  • Work effectively in a team environment
Requirements
  • Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS)
  • ARDMS certification in abdominal or vascular technology
  • Graduate of an accredited school of ultrasonography
  • Registered Technologist in General sonography with at least 3 years of working experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
