About the Role:

The ISU Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic student to serve as an ambassador for Iowa State University and the ISU Foundation. As a Student Fundraiser, you will play a critical role in building professional relationships with alumni, parents, and friends of the university, while also assisting in various mail and digital marketing outreach projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an ambassador for Iowa State University and the ISU Foundation, promoting the university's mission and values.
• Build professional relationships with alumni, parents, and friends of the university, fostering a sense of community and connection.
• Assist in various mail and digital marketing outreach projects, helping to raise critical dollars for scholarships, research, building renovations, technology, and other initiatives.
• Update constituent information and navigate within our CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Engage with fellow students on campus, educating them on ISU philanthropy and promoting a culture of giving.
• Help celebrate and generate excitement for campus philanthropy on our day of giving, Forever True Day.
• Align donor passion and generosity to advance Iowa State University's land grant ideals.

Requirements:

• Current Iowa State student with a passion for the Cyclone experience.
• Good public relations and customer service skills, with a vibrant and energetic personality.
• Comfortable assisting with photo/video shoots and proficient in penmanship.
