About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Community Associate to join our team at Regus Management Group, LLC. As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our members, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at our workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the workspace, including maintaining a clean and organized environment, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring that all facilities and equipment are in good working order.
  • Build strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized support to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Community Manager to plan and execute events, promotions, and other initiatives to drive member engagement and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions, membership data, and workspace operations.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.
